Welcome to the Te Awamutu RSA

Your local, community club welcomes all members, their guests and visitors from affiliated clubs.
New members are always welcome and membership is open to anyone aged 18 and over.

Bar Hours

RSA office hours:
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Club Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday 11am – 9pm
  • Friday 11am – 11pm
  • Saturday 11am – 10pm
  • Sunday 11am – 9pm
  • Sunday 11am – 9pm
These are the minimum hours and closing may be extended to meet customer demand.
 
 

Restaurant Hours

  • Lunch Seven Days - Noon to 2pm
  • Dinner Seven Days from 5pm - late
    • Please note we are Open seven days a week

Courtesy Vehicle

The Courtesy Vehicle operates door to door, from 4pm until close on all days, except Tuesday. A donation would be appreciated as it helps with operational costs of the vehicle. To order phone 871 3707 push 4.

Great Bar

Served by our friendly staff, our fully licensed bar stocks a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A range of 13 beers are available on tap as well as cider. Other beers and a full range of spirits are also available. A range of white and red wines, and port are available by the glass or bottle. Please note that our licence is "On site" only; do not remove alcoholic drinks from the clubrooms. Only persons 18 years and over are permitted to make purchases from the bar.

Entertainment

Music, entertainment, companionship, good food. These are the things that make our club. The Te Awamutu RSA hosts live bands, usually on a Friday night, at least once a month. There are also shows such as tribute shows throughout the year, some of which are dinner shows. There is a cover charge made for these.

Sky TV is provided in the clubrooms with four large screen televisions so members are able to watch most major sporting events while enjoying companionship in the club. A picking competition is run on the Super 15 and ITM Cup in conjunction with these events. Quiz Nights and other activities are held from time to time

Entry Requirements

Entry is restricted to members, members guests and members of affiliated clubs. A tidy standard of dress is required and clean footwear must be worn.
